Warranty

Stretch Devices, Inc. Warrants its products against defects in workmanship and material for a period of 6 months from date of delivery to user. This warranty does not cover equipment damaged through improper use or mishandling, abuse, misuse, overloading, or parts worn through improper care or maintenance of the equipment. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any warranty or merchantability, fitness for purpose, or other warranty of quality, whether expressed or implied, and of all other liabilities and obligations on the manufacturer's part.

In the event that the user does not employ the recommended tools for the product as set forth in this guide, any damage or injury to the product or any damage resulting from the use of the product is expressly excluded from the coverage of any warranty provided by the manufacturer.
